Your order will be processed in the order it is recieved. Please allow 5 business days for craft orders, and 1 to 2 business days for graphic orders to be shipped, UPON RECIEPT OF YOUR ORDER, not the day you send it in the mail.
Shipping is $10.00 flat rate on all craft orders, and $4.00 for each CD disk. USPS. Heavier orders might ship UPS.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or you may return the item within 30 days with receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
